Choirs to perform new work inspired by Flint Water crisis

AAYC’s 30th Annual Spring Concert – 4:00 pm on May 6th in Ann Arbor’s Bethlehem UCC – promises to be an especially meaningful event, with the choirs performing a new work by composer Andrea Ramsey, entitled “But a Flint Holds Fire.” It’s sung to poetry by Christina Rossetti, with writings by Flint children about the water crisis, narrated by AAYC members.
